The agenda for each meeting is published three clear days in advance on parish notice boards and online.
Residents are welcome at any of these meetings. If you wish to attend you can do so without making a prior request, but you may wish to contact the office on 01908 521538 beforehand to check that there have been no changes.
There is a section of time at the start of the meeting which is protected for “public time”, wherein you may address parish councillors on any issue.
Please note: on 19th May 2025, the Parish Council adopted a new committee structure, with the responsibilities of the existing Facilities Committee and Environment & Operational Committee being absorbed into the Community Committee and the Full Parish Council. The purpose of this restructure is to speed up decision-making, with a broader consensus for each decision.
